Filipino Customer Service
is really baadd...

i remember when we came back to manila for our wedding, we stopped by MOA to buy hubby's mom a gift.

staffs still chitchatting when there are already customers inside their store, won't entertain if you look like "normal people", acts sungit when you say you want to see something on their display, how they handle money,etc..

yes that was what happened when we went buy hubby's mom a gift.
esp this store of watches, staffs we're chatting when we entered, we looked so normal-even friendly, we speaked in full tagalog,they didnt entertained us until we said so, and when i said i wanted to see the watch inside the display, the staff acted snobby.
but when i too acted sungit, the staff became nice and all.. duh!
and when we bought the watch, they recieved and gave the money like it was some kind of toy...maybe that the reason why philippines are poor. they dont take care of money.

AND, (im not done yet..)

one of the suppliers i contacted really pisses me off.
i sent an sms because i couldnt find their email add and just told them to send me details and pictures to my email.. then they asked me questions and things in a sungit kinda way. not even professionally. and when they learned thay im a japanese overseas, they became so friendly and entertaining.

sigh.

why do they act that way?
