our company president asked me if i had a few minutes for us to talk today after work..i thought it was nothing serious, so i just took it lightly at first,, when she asked me if i want a pay increase! and take note, a pay increase amount that i exactly ask for!! but in exchange, i have to think of tasks/jobs that i could handle to help manage our company. saying she wants me to aim high and expects more from me. plus i have to go to work on sundays too, even just twice a month..(i always take sundays as my day off) sigh. now im so confused.. im weak to pressure and im scared of the responsibility! aargh...what will i do???
